Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Our dear Patients!

We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

We wish you only pleasant surprises, success and well-being next year. Learn new things, strengthen relationships and develop prospects. Be happy and, most importantly, healthy, and we will help you along the way in the new year!

A winter without a cold does not sound too realistic, although it is in your power to try not to get sick. Here are some tips that will reduce the risk of virus attacks on the body:

  1. Maintain a balanced diet.

Daily — a portion of bright vegetables and fruits. Red, yellow, orange, purple, and green colors indicate a high content of phytonutrients, most of which have antioxidant activity.

Fatty fish: tuna, salmon, halibut, mackerel.

Yogurt with live bacterial cultures.

Nuts and fresh herbs.

Try to balance your daily diet so that the necessary trace elements and vitamins enter the body with food. This is especially true for vitamins C, D, and E.

2. Drink tea.

Green tea is especially useful in autumn. It contains antioxidants, vitamins and beneficial trace elements that strengthen the body. You can add ginger, lemon, and honey to the drink.

3. Wash your hands.

Lather your hands for 20-30 seconds, dry with a paper towel or in a dryer with a very powerful directional air flow — this way you will not allow bacteria to multiply.

4. Add spices to dishes.

"Warming" spices: turmeric, cloves, cinnamon — are useful in the cold season, as they contain antioxidants, vitamins, substances with anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activity.

5. Relieve stress

Chronic stress, especially in combination with lack of sleep, is one of the causes of decreased immunity.

6. Take a walk.

One of the proven ways to calm your nerves and reduce stress levels is walking in the woods or park.

IT IS NECESSARY TO

REDUCE THE CONSUMPTION OF SWEETS AND ALCOHOL DURING THE AUTUMN COLD SEASON.

And if you are already ill or want to strengthen the health of your and your loved ones, then our Clinic can offer you a whole range of therapeutic and preventive measures! For example:

Ozone therapy

It is good both as a prevention of flu and colds, and as a therapeutic procedure for signs of diseases that have already appeared. Ozone therapy consists in the introduction of ozone (O3) into the body, a gas that is an active form of oxygen. Once in the body, ozone breaks down into ozonides, which saturate the body with oxygen. Being the strongest antioxidant, they enhance the protective functions of the body, prevent the appearance of free radicals and strengthen the immune system.

Red light therapy

Red light therapy reduces oxidative stress and increases the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). ATP is a vital molecule formed as a result of cellular respiration. It serves as an "energy currency" for the body.

Low-level laser therapy (Lasmik)

Low-level laser therapy works locally for diseases such as sinusitis, pharyngitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, etc. The action of rays of a certain power helps to recover faster, achieve long-term remission in chronic disease, as well as avoid disease with preventive use by increasing local immunity.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is involved in cleansing the body of toxins, accelerates the healing process of wounds and strengthens the immune system. The body does not produce this substance, and we must eat foods containing it every day. To replenish the supply of vitamin C, special medications with a calculated daily dose are also used.

Vitamin C is one of the most necessary antioxidants for the human body, it increases immunity, reduces the risk of infection with the virus and accelerates healing. Improves the condition of blood vessels, bone and dental tissue. Promotes the absorption of iron and stops the development of vitamin deficiency. Participates in the healing of fractures and wounds.

Vitamin C is quickly consumed by the body. Therefore, it is recommended to maintain the level of its concentration in the body from the outside (in the form of tablets or droppers). This is especially important in the fight against SARS.

These are just some of the methods that we can recommend to strengthen the immune system and prevent diseases.
